L'Acropoli di Puglia olive oil Mill - Martina Franca is a historic olive mill in continuous operation since 1889. Run by four generations of the Lucarella family, it maintains the traditional methods of producing top quality olive oil.

The mill uses stone presses for cold pressing, which preserves valuable polyphenols and antioxidants. The olives are hand-harvested from the area between Martina Franca and Crispiano, and the entire process from harvest to bottling takes place in-house.

Guests can participate in tasting different types of oil in the historic mill, learning the secrets of production and the history of this unique place.
