Walhalla

Walhalla is a monumental hall of fame in the Neoclassical style, inspired by the Athenian Parthenon. Situated picturesquely on a hill above the Danube River, it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

The interior is decorated with 130 busts and 65 plaques commemorating prominent figures of German history, from Arminius to Heinrich Heine. Marble interiors and a frieze depicting the early history of the Germanic peoples create a unique atmosphere.
