Krasnal Życzliwek

The Życzliwek Dwarf is a charming sculpture located in the heart of Wroclaw's Market Square. This friendly dwarf with a sunflower in one hand and a suitcase in the other symbolizes kindness and a positive attitude.

He is part of a larger family of Wroclaw dwarves that were created as a symbol of the Orange Alternative movement - a form of protest against the communist regime in the 1980s.

Today Życzliwek has become one of the city's most popular tourist attractions. You can find him while playing a game of dwarf hunt using a dedicated app that allows you to collect achievements and compete with other gnome hunters.
