Kissane Sheep Farm

Kissane Sheep Farm is a traditional family sheep farm that has been operating for nearly 200 years. Home to about 1,000 mountain sheep and hundreds of lambs.

On the farm, you can enjoy an impressive shepherd dog show, where border collies gather sheep from the mountainous terrain and herd them into pens. During shearing season, you can watch and even participate in the shearing of the sheep.

A special attraction for families is the opportunity to feed and cuddle the lambs. The farm also offers scenic walks with views of Ireland's highest mountains, the McGillycuddy Reeks. Animal lovers can take part in a sheep adoption program.
