Description

Kingley Vale is a unique nature reserve that impresses with one of the oldest collections of yew trees in Europe - some of these trees are over 2,000 years old!

This magical place offers breathtaking panoramic views of Chichester, the harbor and the Isle of Wight. As you walk along the marked nature trails, you'll discover not only fascinating flora and fauna, but also rich archaeological sites, including Bronze Age burial mounds called 'Devil's Humps.

Observe a variety of bird species, including red kites and buzzards, and 39 species of butterflies. It's the perfect place for a picnic overlooking the countryside!
