Built in the temple style in 1927 and designed by James Miller, it impresses with its Ionic columns and marble floor. Inside are six bronze plaques commemorating the victims of World War I, two plaques from World War II, and plaques dedicated to the Korean War and the Northern Ireland conflict.
The centerpiece is a bronze statue of the 'Victor' with a bowed head, symbolizing reflection on the price of war.
