Description
Khao Yai National Park is Thailand's third largest national park, offering an unforgettable experience for nature lovers.
Covering an area of more than 2,166 square kilometers, you can enjoy a rich biodiversity with more than 3,000 plant species and 320 bird species. The park is famous for its 44 scenic waterfalls, including the popular Haew Suwat, which was featured in the movie 'The Beach'.
For adventurers, there are numerous hiking trails of varying difficulty levels leading to the park's highest peaks. The best time to observe wildlife, including elephants, bears and gibbons, is during the dry season (December-February).
