Le Vismet

Le Vismet is a highly regarded fish restaurant located in the heart of Brussels, near the historic fish market.

It specializes in fresh seafood and fish, served in an elegant but cozy interior. Particularly recommended are the gray shrimp croquettes and the classic fish soup with rouille and croutons.

The restaurant also offers meat dishes, including filet mignon and beef tartare. Although not one of the cheapest places, the quality of the dishes fully justifies the prices. It is a true gem among Brussels fish restaurants.
