Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso

The Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso is Italy's first national park, a true paradise for nature and outdoor enthusiasts. It extends over 70,000 hectares of alpine terrain, offering breathtaking views of mountains, forests, glaciers and lakes.

The park is famous for its rich biodiversity - you can spot alpine goats, marmots, eagles and admire more than 1,100 species of plants. A network of more than 500 kilometers of marked trails allows exploration of five valleys and historic hunting trails.

In winter, the park turns into a paradise for skiers and snowshoe enthusiasts, and in summer it attracts tourists with the beautiful Lillaz waterfalls and the picturesque Nivolet Pass.
