Description

Sacripante Art Gallery is a unique combination of a pop surrealist art gallery and a hidden speakeasy-style cocktail bar, housed in an 18th-century monastery.

The mystical, baroque space impresses with its raw gray walls, oak ceiling beams, and 1940s furniture. The bar, styled after an early 20th-century pharmacy, refers to the discoveries of the Via Panisperna Boys physicists, who, under the guidance of Enrico Fermi, made groundbreaking nuclear discoveries nearby.

Two exhibitions a year showcase lowbrow and street artists, complemented by performances and workshops in an atmosphere that 'breathes history'.
