Jerusalem International YMCA

Jerusalem International YMCA is a unique socio-cultural center, bringing together different cultures and religions in the heart of Jerusalem. This architectural gem, designed by Arthur Loomis Harmon, impresses with elegant arches, domes and a 152-foot observation tower offering panoramic views of the city.

Founded in 1878, the center has evolved from a small library into a complex including a tennis court, indoor basketball arena, swimming pool and fitness center. During the British Mandate era, the YMCA served as an important social, sports and cultural center for the residents of Jerusalem, promoting unity and coexistence among different communities.
