Galeria Azulejos de Goa is a unique space presenting hand-painted Portuguese ceramic tiles - azulejos, which combine Iberian traditions with Goan heritage.
Housed in a historic house in Panaji, the gallery offers a fascinating journey through centuries of ceramic craftsmanship - from Moorish geometric patterns, through Renaissance polychromes, to romantic panels from the 19th century. The colorful tiles decorating the interiors feature floral motifs, figural scenes, and allegories.
