Museo Carmen Thyssen Málaga

The Museo Carmen Thyssen Málaga is a unique museum housing the private collection of Baroness Carmen Thyssen-Bornemisza in a restored 16th-century palace.

Around 200 works of 19th-century Andalusian painting tell an intimate story of regional art that you won't find in the Prado. Works by Sorolla, Gómez Gil, and Anglada-Camarasa are displayed in Baroque interiors combined with modern gallery design.

Temporary exhibitions add variety, from the deep reds of 'Telluric and Primitive' to the Mediterranean light in the works of Signac.
