Description
The Hohenzollern Castle is a majestic neo-Gothic structure built on top of a mountain at 855 meters above sea level.
This ancestral seat of the Hohenzollern dynasty, built between 1850 and 1867, impresses with 140 chambers, including a library with mural paintings, a royal bedroom and the Queen's Blue Salon.
In the castle's treasury, one can admire the Prussian royal crown, personal items of Frederick the Great and valuable porcelain and silverware. The romantic architecture and picturesque location in the Swabian Jura mountains make this an unforgettable place.
