Temple IV is one of the most impressive structures of the ancient Mayan city of Tikal. This majestic pyramid rises 70 meters high, offering unforgettable views of the Guatemalan jungle and the other temples in the complex.

Erected in the 8th century AD, it was the tallest structure in pre-Columbian America. Climbing to the top is quite a challenge, but the reward is a panorama that is breathtaking - the vast jungle and the tops of the other temples emerging from a sea of green.
