Description
Pescante de Hermigua is a fascinating historical monument from 1907, built by local landowners and Cuban immigrants to facilitate the export of bananas and tomatoes to Europe.
Today, the site has been transformed into a unique natural swimming pool with two pools. The first, a square one, protects from the powerful waves of the Atlantic, providing a peaceful bath. The second, a natural pool behind the rocks, offers more direct contact with the ocean and the impressive spectacle of the waves.
It's the perfect place for history buffs, nature lovers and adventurers, combining its industrial past with the raw beauty of nature.
