Description
The Temple of Apollo is an impressive monument of ancient Greece, built around 560 BC as one of the earliest examples of Doric architecture in the Peloponnese.
The structure consists of 42 monolithic limestone columns more than 7 meters high, which surround a central structure divided into three parts.
The temple's terrace, located in the highest part of ancient Corinth, offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Corinth. It is the perfect place for history, archaeology and photography lovers.
