Description
Marselisborg is the historic summer residence of the Danish royal family, built at the turn of the 20th century as a gift from the nation.
The palace, designed by architect Hack Kampmann, is surrounded by a picturesque English park with extensive lawns, ponds and rolling hills.
The grounds include an impressive collection of sculptures, a rose garden with a pergola and an herb garden. Although the palace itself is not open to the public, the park opens its doors when the royal family is not in residence.
