This limestone mountain hides a fascinating history - beehive-shaped tombs dating back to the Bronze Age (3200-2600 BC) have been discovered at its base.
The famous 12-kilometer road winding down the mountainside is considered one of the most beautiful scenic routes in the world. For activity lovers, there are hiking and biking trails, and at the foot, natural hot springs at the Green Mubazzarah oasis.
