Description
St. Anthony's Evangelical Church is a unique monument of Neo-Gothic-Romanesque architecture, which impresses with its majestic appearance and rich history dating back to 1823.
The interior of the church captivates with its original stained glass windows from the early 20th century and neo-Gothic furnishings, including the main altar with a painting by W. Gerson and a marble baptismal font.
A plinth belt running along the walls and pillars dividing the naves create a unique atmosphere for the place. The chancel is decorated with polychromes with floral and religious motifs, which complete the unique character of this gem of sacred architecture.
