Description
Halti is Finland's highest point, rising 1,324 meters above sea level in scenic Lapland. This majestic mountain offers an unforgettable experience for lovers of challenging hikes.
The trail to the summit (about 55 kilometers from Kilpisjärvi) leads through a wilderness area where reindeer and lemmings can be seen. The route is challenging, but the reward is breathtaking panoramic views of Finnish-Norwegian wildlife.
There are shelters along the trail, and the route is marked with orange wooden poles. The Halti adventure is a real treat for experienced hikers!
