Hatzidakis Winery

Hatzidakis Winery is a unique winery located on the picturesque island of Santorini, 330 meters above sea level.

This place is famous for producing organic wines from local grape varieties such as Assyrtiko, which are characterized by rich flavor, sharp acidity and mineral character.

The winery is housed in a building hollowed out of the mountainside, which provides ideal conditions for producing and aging wines. During the tasting you can taste 6 different wines, accompanied by local goat cheeses from the island of Naxos.
