Description
The Wall Museum - East Side Gallery is the longest surviving section of the Berlin Wall, transformed into the world's largest open-air art gallery.
This unique attraction was created in the spring of 1990, just after the fall of the Wall, when 118 artists from 21 countries created more than 100 murals documenting the political changes of 1989/90.
The most famous works are 'Brotherly Kiss' by Dmitri Vrubel and 'Trabant Piercing the Wall' by Birgit Kinder. It is a place where history meets art, attracting more than 3 million visitors a year.
