Description
Bürgerspital Winery is one of the oldest wineries in Germany with a tradition of over 700 years.
Founded in 1316 as a hospital and home for the sick, today it offers a unique experience for wine lovers. Classic varieties like Silvaner, Riesling and Pinot varietals are grown on 120 hectares.
Tours include historic cellars with precious wooden barrels and modern stainless steel tanks. Tastings include wines from individual vineyards, including the famous Würzburger Stein and Stein-Berg.
