Burg Schaubeck

Burg Schaubeck is a historic castle in Steinheim an der Murr, dating back to 1272. Built by the vassals of Baden, today it impresses with its solid construction with massive walls and 16th-century half-timbered buildings.

The site is also famous for its wine production, begun by the Schaubeck family in the 13th century. Today, the winery, known as Weingut Graf Adelmann, offers high-quality wines, including an exceptional Lemberger aged in oak barrels.
