Description
The Santa Clotilde Gardens is a masterpiece of Catalan Modernism architecture, designed by Nicolau Maria Rubió and Tudurí in the early 20th century.
Located on a cliff, they offer breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. As you stroll among carefully trimmed hedges, exotic plants and fragrant flowers, you'll discover charming sculptures, including the famous mermaids chiseled by María Llimona.
It's the perfect place for a quiet respite away from the crowds of tourists. The gardens were declared a National Cultural Heritage by the Government of Catalonia in 1994.
