Sedan Castle is the largest fortified stronghold in Europe, covering 35,000 m² and seven levels with walls up to 27 meters thick.

Built in 1424 as the residence of the La Marck family, the castle survived sieges and centuries of war, evolving into an impregnable fortress. A maze of bastions, watchtowers, a deep moat, and princely apartments take you on a fascinating journey through 600 years of history.
