Musée du pain d'épices et de l'art populaire alsacien is a unique museum dedicated to the Alsatian gingerbread baking tradition and the folk art of the region.

It is housed in an 18th-century barn, which is a monument in itself. The collection includes more than 10,000 artifacts, including antique gingerbread molds, ceramics and traditional craft tools.
