Caramels d'Isigny

Caramels d'Isigny is an artisan caramel manufacturer in the heart of Normandy, where unique toffees have been made from local PDO butter and cream since the 1930s.

The range includes 70 varieties, from soft fudge to hard candies, all with the characteristic salty note of the Normandy terroir. The history of production began with the use of dairy surpluses, and today it is a symbol of the region exported all over the world.
