Schaukäserei Alp Heubühlen is a charming alpine cheese factory located at an altitude of 1,331 meters above sea level in the picturesque Berner Oberland region.

This place offers an unforgettable experience - you can observe the traditional process of making AOP Alpkäse and Mutschli cheeses and then enjoy a typical shepherd's breakfast of rösti, fried egg and cheese on an idyllic terrace overlooking the Bernese Alps.

Evenings with raclette or fondue with alpine herbs are available by prior request. You can also purchase fresh alpine cheese and other local products directly from the Brunner family.
