Pearse Lyons Whiskey Distillery

Pearse Lyons Whiskey Distillery is a unique place that combines 800 years of history with modern distilling techniques. It is housed in the former St. James Church in Dublin's historic Liberties district.

The distillery is famous for producing a variety of whiskies using two small Kentucky copper alembics named Mighty Molly and Little Lizzie. In keeping with the motto 'From Grain to Glass,' barley and oats are grown on family-owned land just 25 km from the distillery.

During the fascinating tour, you'll learn about the distillation process, the history of Dublin whiskey and taste four different spirits. Children receive juices while adults savor Pearse Irish Whiskey.
