La Maison du Beurre Bordier

La Maison du Beurre Bordier is the last producer in France to make butter by hand using 19th-century methods, with a wooden mixer and teak frames.

In the shop, you can watch the butter-churning process live, and in the museum space, you can learn about the history of this product. It offers around 200 varieties of cheese and innovative butter flavors - with seaweed, smoked salt, Espelette pepper, or Madagascar vanilla.

The adjacent bistro serves dishes prepared exclusively with Bordier butter.
