Gourmetstube Einhorn

Gourmetstube Einhorn is a unique fine dining restaurant in charming Vipiteno, South Tyrol.

Housed in a 13th century former post office building, where just five tables create an intimate atmosphere in a medieval Stube decorated with wood.

Chef Peter Girtler serves a tasting menu from which guests can choose four, five or six dishes, combining traditional Tyrolean flavors with modern techniques. Each dish can be complemented with a wine from the extensive menu, perfectly matched to the food served.
