Paul Schneider

Paul Schneider is a charming winery located in the heart of the Alsace wine region. The farm covers 14 hectares and prides itself on producing a wide range of wines, including prestigious Grand Cru from three exceptional terroirs: Eichberg, Pfersigberg and Steinert.

The uniqueness of the site is underscored by the historic estate dating back to 1663 and the aging process in nearly 100-year-old wooden barrels, which gives the wines a rich and expressive character. The winery combines traditional methods with modern technology while taking care of the environment, as evidenced by its Haute Valeur Environnementale certification.
