Weingut Dr. Kauer is a charming winery in picturesque Bacharach, specializing in the production of high-quality Riesling wines.

Since 1982, the winery has been farming fully organically, taking care of the environment and the quality of its products. During tastings, often led by owner Dr. Randolf Kauer, you can learn about the vineyard's history and taste exceptional aged Rieslings.

The tasting room is full of wine history, with slate stones bearing traces of ancient viticultural practices. Particularly recommended is the 'Frauenwein' line, commemorating the role of women in the harvest process.
