Elidir Trail

Elidir Trail is one of the most beautiful walking trails in Wales, offering breathtaking views and unique geological formations.

The trail passes through a forested gorge along the banks of two rivers with a distinctive red-orange coloration caused by the presence of iron in the rocks.

The trail is famous for its four official waterfalls, including Sgwd Gwladys (Lady's Waterfall) and Sgwd-y-Bedol (Horseshoe Waterfall). According to local legends, the path leads to a magical fairy realm, adding a touch of folklore to the whole experience.
