Description
East Head Beach View Point is a unique formation of sand dunes at the entrance to Chichester Harbour. This 10-hectare area is a valuable nature reserve with SSSI status, offering a home to rare plant and animal species.
In the summer, you can admire beautiful wildflowers such as sea-oilweed and dusthopper. The vantage point offers breathtaking views of Bracklesham Bay and the Isle of Wight.
It's an ideal spot for nature lovers and quiet walks, where if you're lucky you might spot seals lounging in the shallows at low tide.

Sharon Pritcharda month agoGorgeous beach. Dog friendly. Lovely pub serving food all day overlooking the sea. Go early as it gets very busy. Beautiful crystal clear water, with a sheltered bay, great for swimming Lovely views over to Portsmouth. Local foot ferry takes only 5 minutes to cross.
Ruth Mair10 months agoLovely clean sand, high dunes brilliant for running up and down safely and relatively little seaweed or pebbles. Beautiful 360° views of boats sand sea sky grassy clumps. A little taste of heaven in the sun.
