Description
The Albrecht Dürer House is a unique museum in Nuremberg, where one of the greatest artists of the Renaissance lived and worked for nearly 20 years.
This well-preserved, half-timbered bourgeois house from Nuremberg's golden age offers an authentic atmosphere of 16th century residential culture.
At the museum, visitors can admire valuable copies of Dürer paintings and attend demonstrations of historical printing techniques. A special highlight are the guided tours, during which an actress plays the role of Agnes, the artist's wife, making history come alive before your eyes.
