Description
Jakopič Promenade is a charming place where nature meets art. Named after Slovenian impressionist Rihard Jakopič, it was designed by famous architect Jože Plečnik in the 1920s and 1930s.
The promenade serves as an open-air gallery with numerous art installations and sculptures that add magic to the entire environment. The specially renovated 'Tičistan' area invites bird lovers to feed their winged friends.
It is the perfect place for a quiet walk, a picnic on the grass or a moment of reflection among the greenery, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
