Moravia Cultural Center

The Moravia Cultural Center is an extraordinary symbol of transformation—a modern cultural center built on the site of a former landfill. This architectural gem, designed by Rogelio Salcedo, offers an auditorium for 300 people, a symphony music school with 25 soundproof booths, a dance hall, and art galleries. The place was created on the initiative of the district's residents, who fought for a decade to change their environment. Today, it attracts 49,000 visitors a month, offering art workshops, exhibitions, and concerts.
