The 'Prince's Procession' in Dresden is an impressive ceramic tile mural depicting the historical rulers of Saxony. More than 100 meters long, this unique monument consists of 25,000 tiles made of Meissen porcelain. The painting depicts 35 rulers of the Vettin dynasty, as well as some 50 other figures, including scholars, artisans and children, and even animals.

Created at the turn of the 20th century, 'The Prince's Procession' survived the bombing of Dresden in 1945, adding to its historical significance. The mural is a fascinating combination of art and history, offering insight into the history of Saxony in a highly original way.
