City Art Centre

City Art Centre is a fascinating art gallery in the heart of Edinburgh, housed in a historic nine-story early 20th century building.

The gallery has an impressive collection of Scottish art spanning more than 4,800 works from the 17th century to the present day, including paintings, drawings, photographs and sculptures by artists such as Fergusson, Eardley and Paolozzi.

Six spacious exhibition halls offer a variety of regularly changing displays. There are special activity spaces for families, and full accessibility and sensory backpacks for people with disabilities.
