Buckler's Forest

Buckler's Forest is a unique place that combines natural beauty with the historic heritage of the former Transportation Research Laboratory.

The forest offers wide, paved trails ideal for walking, running, biking and dog walking. There are three trails to choose from, with lengths of 1.3 km, 2.4 km and 3.6 km.

The site impresses with its rich biodiversity - it has been declared a Local Wildlife Area, where rare species of birds and insects can be found. Historical features, such as a mini-museum and information boards, add to the site's unique character.
