Description

Blüherpark is a historical gem of Dresden with a rich past dating back to the 17th century. Originally founded as a pleasure garden by Kurfürst Johann Georg III, today it impresses with its baroque layout of alleys and greenery.

After the destruction of the war, the park was restored and transformed into a friendly space for residents. There is a children's playground and a unique medicinal herb garden (Heilkräutergarten), which is an educational attraction.

History buffs will appreciate the rococo palace and architectural details, while strollers will appreciate the peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
