Description
Bedelands Nature Reserve is a scenic natural area of 33 hectares located on the edge of Burgess Hill. The reserve impresses with its variety of habitats - from old grasslands to woodlands to ponds and hedgerows.
It's a wildlife lover's paradise with an abundance of plant, insect, reptile and bird species. Especially noteworthy are the meadows full of wildflowers, whose seeds are collected by Millennium Seedbank to repopulate other areas in the UK.
An ideal walking destination for the whole family, with accessible footbridges and an educational pond often used by school groups.
