Balmenach Distillery, home of Caorunn Gin

Balmenach Distillery, home of Caorunn Gin is a unique distillery with a rich history dating back to 1924. The site is famous for the world's only working Copper Berry Chamber, used to infuse botanicals with steam.

Caorunn Gin is produced in small batches of 1,000 liters, combining traditional ingredients with Celtic heritage - rowan berries, bog myrtle, heather, apples and dandelion leaves.

The distillery offers fascinating tasting tours where you can learn about the production process and taste a perfectly served gin and tonic in the picturesque scenery of the Scottish Highlands.
