Bait Al Zubair Museum

Bait Al Zubair Museum is a cultural gem in the heart of old Muscat, showcasing one of the finest private artifact collections in Oman.

The complex consists of five buildings displaying traditional costumes, ancient weapons, jewelry, manuscripts and navigational instruments used by Omani sailors.

The museum was honored with the prestigious Sultan Kabus Award for Architectural Excellence in 1999. Interactive spaces and workshops allow visitors to learn about traditional crafts and observe demonstrations, making this a fascinating place for history and culture enthusiasts.
