Payne's Rise Wines

Payne's Rise Wines is a family-owned winery in the heart of the Yarra Valley, where history meets a passion for wine. The estate, dating back to 1862 and originally owned by Seville’s first settler, Thomas Payne, surrounds vineyards that have been cultivated since 1999.

Tastings of small-batch wines—Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Pinot Noir—are combined with a tour of the historic house, old outbuildings, and antique artifacts. Gourmet pizza, cheese boards, and specialty coffee round out the experience amidst mature vines and panoramic views of the valley.
