Description

Paronella Park is a unique attraction in the heart of the Australian jungle, created by Spanish immigrant José Paronella in the 1930s. This fairytale park inspired by Catalan castles combines history, nature and magic.

You'll be amazed by the extraordinary attractions here: North Queensland's first hydroelectric plant, a huge ball of mirrors reflecting pink and blue lights, tennis courts made from crushed termite mounds, and a museum full of fascinating exhibits.

The park is also an ecological paradise with more than 7,000 planted trees, including the majestic Kauri pines that make up the avenue. It's a place where history intertwines with nature to create an unforgettable experience.
