Onkaparinga River Recreation Park is a true paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. The park offers a variety of activities, from leisurely walks along scenic trails, to kayaking and fishing, to bird watching and wildlife viewing.

Unique to the park are wetlands with interpretive artworks that tell the stories of the river and its traditional owners. The 1.2-mile Noarlunga Downs Wetland Trail allows you to explore these fascinating stories.

The park is friendly to novice kayakers thanks to its calm waters, and a new launching ramp at Perry's Bend provides a safe start to the adventure.
